What is your Christmas Style?
When it comes to decorating your home for the holidays which colour category do you fall into? Are you a traditionalist? Do you stay close to a red and/or green colour scheme or do you love to experiment with the more trending colours? Personally I am more of a traditionalist as I usually go with a red colour scheme but in reality I love it all.

Today I thought it would be fun to look at both current and more traditional Christmas styles!
One of the trending colours right now is pink. Millennial (or blush) pink continues to be a popular colour choice and I think these next pictures are a beautiful version of a pink Christmas. Rose gold is a gorgeous metallic to incorporate into this trend.
Jewel tones are a popular colour right now in both fashion and home décor. Here are some beautiful ways to incorporate this rich colour trend into your home over the Christmas season and even into the New Year.
Another popular design style is the Scandinavian style. Scandi is a more natural, organic and muted colour palette. I think with the busyness of the Christmas season this feels like a more relaxed but beautiful style.
And then of course there is the traditional and timeless colour palette of red and green. It’s a classic colour scheme that immediately radiates the spirit of the holidays. Christmas is a great excuse to add sparkle with gold, silver or bronze.
If you’ve already invested in red or green Christmas décor but want to update the look a bit, a good way of doing this is incorporating white into the mix.
And of course I couldn’t finish this blog without showing you how to incorporate the more traditional colour scheme of red and green on your front door.
